Our Policies
ORDERING
Many of our products are available to order online and are located in the Shop tab on our website. If you’d like to order something that is not featured in our Shop, please email us at sales@dockside-engraving.com with your order information. Items are custom engraved so you can get products personalized just like you prefer! We can even engrave some customer-provided images and products.
GIFT WRAPPING
Items can be gift wrapped and a personalized note can be included as well. If you’d like complimentary gift wrapping on items, please specify in the notes the products you’d like us to wrap. Remember to include the wording for your gift note too!
BULK ORDERS
We offer quantity discounts on bulk orders with the same engraving, such as bridesmaid and groomsmen gifts, client gifts, party favors, etc. Please contact us for pricing information.
HOLIDAY ORDERS
Holiday orders may have longer shipping times due to customization of products and availability. We try to fill all orders as quickly as possible. Please contact us with questions.

SHIPPING
Orders are only shipped to the continental USA. Items are custom made to order and will be shipped within 2 -7 business days of order confirmation unless an item is on backorder. In the event of back-ordered items, we will contact you with an expected ship date. If items are needed sooner, we try to work with customers to accommodate rush orders. Please provide the correct shipping address. We aren’t responsible for orders shipped incorrectly, due to customers providing an incorrect address. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless rush shipping is selected. A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped. We aren’t responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances outside of our control. We pride ourselves on getting orders shipped out as quickly as possible to satisfy customers!
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be determined when your order is confirmed. Contact us for local delivery options to avoid shipping costs.
SALES TAX
For orders shipped within SC, sales tax is calculated when the order is confirmed.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Payment is expected at the time of order, and orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped.
RETURNS
Sales on personalized items are final. No refunds are given on non-personalized items, only exchanges. We accept exchanges for items damaged during shipping. If a non-personalized item doesn’t meet your expectations upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours for exchange options. We want our customers to be happy!
PROOFS
Upon your request, complimentary proofs can be provided before products are engraved. Customers must request proof; they are not automatically sent.
IN-PERSON ORDERS
Our workspace isn’t open to the public, but if you prefer to shop in person, you can find our products at our vendor booths in Eclectic Finds in Mount Pleasant, SC, and Sweetgrass Mercantile Royall Antique Mall in Mount Pleasant, SC. By placing your order, in person, at either of these locations, you avoid the shipping costs and you can pay by either cash or debit/credit card.
MONOGRAMS
Since orders are custom made, monograms can be set up however the customer prefers. It’s completely up to you!
~Typically monograms for couples are the last initial larger in the center, the wife’s first initial on the left, and the husband’s first initial on the right. Some couples prefer the husband’s first initial on the left and the wife’s first initial on the right. Ex. Mary and Thomas Brown would be listed as mBt or tBm
~For women’s monograms, usually the last initial is larger in the center with her first initial on the left and her middle initial on the right. Ex. Mary Smith-Brown would be listed as mBs
~For men’s monograms, usually the three letters are the same size with his initials listed straight across. Ex. Thomas Davis Brown would be listed as TDB
